SUMMARY:Maintenance in Defense domains
DESCRIPTION:The European Commission\, in collaboration with SYSTEM FACTORY\, the french defence cluster of Toulon Région Sud part of the European Network of Defence Regions (ENDR)\, proudly presents the international conference on “Maintenance in Defence Domains\,” to be held on April 1 and 2\, 2025\, in Toulon\, France. \nThis high-level event is organized under the auspices of ENDR\, overseen by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Defence Industry and Space (DG DEFIS). The conference aims to foster dialogue and collaboration among regional authorities\, industry leaders\, research centers\, and armed forces to address the critical challenges and opportunities in maintaining operational readiness for defence equipment. Special emphasis will be placed on integrating Maintenance in Operational Condition (MOC) into European initiatives and supporting the development of resilient and innovative defence capabilities across the continent. \nParticipants will enjoy a dynamic agenda featuring keynote speeches from senior officials\, expert panel discussions\, and thematic workshops. The event will also provide valuable networking opportunities to connect with key stakeholders\, including representatives from the defence industry\, academia\, government\, and armed forces\, creating a unique platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing. \nThe following themes are addressed : \nDEFENSE & SECURITY\, AERONAUTICS\, CYBER-PROTECTION\, ENERGY\, EXPERIMENTAL AND TEST FACILITIES\, HEALTHTECHS\, INTEGRATION FACILITIES\, MATERIALS\, MECHANICS\, METALLURGY\, MICROELECTRONICS\, NAVAL\, OPTICS\, OPTRONICS\, SECURE COMMUNICATIONS\, SPACE. \nJoin us in Toulon to shape the future of defence maintenance and contribute to building a more resilient and prepared European defence ecosystem. \nWith the support of the French Association of Engineers and Maintenance Managers (AFIM)\, a member of the European Federation of National Maintenance Societies (EFMNS).
