DESCRIPTION:The workshop will help you to identify improvement opportunities in maintenance and give your maintenance organization a relative position in maintenance performance! At the workshop you will learn to calculate and evaluate the Key Performance indicators for maintenance and reliability based on the standardized definitions. \nThe workshop will also give suggestions to the application of the maintenance Key Performance indicators to the maintenance processes. The workshop is interactive and will be based on a series of case stories. You are also welcome to bring your company data to the workshop.
